Income Proof: Tax returns or payslips showing $80,000/year. Likewise $40,000 if you have a Master’s degree or work for a company with Series A funding.
Note: You no longer need to provide proof of 5 years of work experience.
4. Highly Skilled Professionals
Thai Employment Contract: This from a company in a “Target Industry” or a Thai Government agency.
Academic Credentials: Likewise your degree certificates. This could be a Master’s or PhD if applying under the $40k income tier.
Income Proof: Likewise personal income tax returns showing $80,000/year. Likewise waived if working for a Government agency.
For Dependents (Spouses, Kids, Parents)
Relationship Proof: Your marriage certificate. Same-sex certificates now fully accepted. Likewise birth certificates for children.
Financial Support: Your proof the main applicant can support them.
Insurance: Each dependent needs their own $25,000 health insurance policy.
Important Note on Translations: Any document not in English or Thai must be translated and notarized. This either by your local embassy or a certified translation bureau.
